When we first bought this home, the real selling point of this was location. There are very few homes surrounding White Rock Lake that have direct, walkable access to the White Rock Lake hike and bike trail. Being able to walk out of your house and in < 3 minute walk be on the lake was the primary draw for us to make an offer on this house. You have walkable access to great local iconic spots like LDU coffee, Smoky Rose, and Hypnotic Emporium!
And while the location and proximity to the lake was the primary draw, what we discovered over time that was even more special was the unique community of neighbors.
